Dr Joseph Sale is the Founder of Optimum Performance, Inc, a human performance/ personal development and consulting firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

He holds credentials through the American College of Nutrition, the Certification Board of Nutrition Specialists, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the American Council on Exercise, in addition to his doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine.

As a speaker and consultant his client list includes Division 1 College Football, Olympic athletes, models, actors, professional and amateur boxers, small and large corporations, business owners, and sales and marketing professionals among others.

Early in his professional development Dr Sale worked for the Tom Hopkins organization within the personal development industry.

During those years he traveled the United States speaking to small and large corporations and businesses gaining an understanding of the inner workings and needs of businesses in all there components.

The common thread was the desire to create increased productivity, individual and corporate success and optimize corporate culture in both the short and long term.

Dr Sale has been asked to speak on topics ranging from Corporate Wellness to Optimum Performance for Sales and Marketing Professionals in addition to other topics.

He is a guest lecturer at both Scottsdale Community College and Arizona State University.

He has been featured on radio programs and is the author of the Optimum Human Performance Course published by Virgo Publishing.

Dr Sale currently serves on the Medical Advisory Board for the Retired Boxers Foundation and on the Academic Advisory Council for the Center for Kids First in Sports both 501 c3 non profit organizations.
